… and the drug is chocolate. In that situation, I’m going with the chocolate because it tastes good. Hugging the porcupine would probably cause my chest to bleed on account of him being so prickly.

You just need a good porcupine vest, $270-$340 on Amazon depending on the size of your porcupine. That is quite pricy, though, so it would have to be really bad chocolate or a really hot porcupine.
