Yes. Freepik lets me filter out AI, but Pixabay just tags the images (or some of them, at least). I wanted a picture of the devil the other day, and I could only find AI (I wasn't expecting a photo! I thought maybe I'd find digital art created by a human) so I had to change the focus of the image.
